   We know that when you buy handmade toys like ours, you’re making an investment. We want to do what we can to protect your investment and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

   To start the return process, please email us at charlotte@sweetpotatovillage.us .

Please include your full name, the date the order was placed, and your order number.

   If your order arrived damaged or missing pieces, please include photos of your order and any damaged packaging or damaged pieces.

   Please note- buyer is responsible for any shipping charges for returns or exchanges.

If your package arrived damaged, we will gladly replace or repair any items free of charge.

   If at any point in the future one of your toys becomes damaged and needs care, please contact us for help with repairing your items or a replacement/discount to purchase a replacement.
